I haven't written anything of substance in a really, really long time. Twitter has taken over and thoughts have been reduced to 140 characters. Don't get me wrong, I love Twitter. It's time consuming but I love that a lot of my friends are on it and I think this somehow reduces the need to sms haha!
Counting my 1st LJ, I have been blogging since 2004! Wow. I didn't realise that.
Anyway, I'm probably going to stay in LJ though.

Lars shared this blog with me last night and at first my reaction was, "UTANG NA LOOB!" I didn't know if I wanted to cry or vomit.
Coming home, I looked through all the pages and watched the videos. They are were all very cute and sickeningly sweet and I can vaguely remember feeling that way. *siiiigh* I didn't want to hurl myself outside the window this time though. haha! But I am missing someone.

Apologies for a cluttery house. I realised I have so much abubot (knick knacks) and I am going to do a major spring clean in the middle of autumn. The other part of the house in temporarily converted into Gutsy's room complete with brand new curtains! We also assembled the long-awaited Lerberg shelf much to our dismay that it seems to be permanently askew.
I am only slightly afraid that Gutsy won't be able to sleep soundly tonight thinking about how to fix this shelf. LOL
Up next, I am attacking and emptying the other closet for Guts and putting unneeded stuff in storage bins.
Took this photo today after work at Lidcombe station. I'm a bit annoyed that I didn't bring my camera because the colours were much much vivid than this. Sunsets out west are way better. Why no one else paused to stop and look is beyond me.
Thank god it's the weekend! I have been so tired this whole week not being able to adjust my sleeping patterns with the new work. I was so used to sleeping late (no thanks to the very extended holiday!) and waking up just before 8 to make it work before 9. And that's with me walking from my house. Now, I have to wake up at 630, get ready and be out the door by 730 to be at work at 9. Back to the trains again! But it's all good. Can't complain.
Tomorrow is Anzac Day and whilst we have been robbed of a public holiday, we are still going out, getting drunk and playing two up!
